YOUTH & FAMILY
MINISTRY
We work to find ways to connect children, families and students with Christ's love through church school, youth group, events and family support. Our aim is to walk alongside their spiritual journey in our modern world, addressing spiritual formation at every age and stage.

Here at Trinity, we are committed to the formation of our youth as followers in the way of Jesus! Through community gatherings, volunteer outreach, and social outings we aim to direct our young people in being faithful members of our church and our world!

We are very excited to provide Christian formation opportunities for children with at home & in-person options. Please know that our teachers are all fully vaccinated We encourage all who want to receive weekly email updates or reminders, to use our online registration form. You can select which offerings work best for your family. ​
Church School
The First Sunday of every month children are invited to join int the Liturgy. They can be readers, acolytes, ushers, or choir members.

Church School will be held at 10 am on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sundays of the month downstairs in the undercroft. K-2nd grade meet in room 4, 3rd -5th grade meet in room 3.

If you or your child is sick, we ask that you please stay home and get better before attending again.
​
It is NOW Registration Season. Please sign up your children and students so we can make plans for a great year together.

Nursery
We have two adult nursery care providers, both of whom are fully vaccinated, and are waiting to receive and watch your little ones under the age of 4.
​
We run a professional air purifier and toys are cleaned and sanitized weekly. The room is not used during the week.
​
Nursery is an indoor space for fully vaccinated in order to minimize COVID risk to unvaccinated children.
​
We are able to live-stream the worship service in the nursery on a flat-screen TV, so parents who choose to stay with their child can watch the service and pop up to the sanctuary when it's time to receive communion.

Singers Wanted
Trinity has a program for young singers that is based on the Royal School of Church Music model. We meet on Thursday afternoons to prepare music for the First Sunday of each month, as well as special services. Right now the group is small, so we are meeting as a combined group, but if we had more singers we could split into two groups; one for grades 2-4 and the other for grades 5-10.
In addition to learning how to sing and read music, singers learn the music for worship in context and sometimes have lively conversations about the texts.
Confirmation Class
Confirmation Class will begin in early 2024. If you are a 9th-12th grade student interested in learning about the process, our beliefs and engaging in regular confirmation discussions please email Rev. Nancy. The next Confirmation service will likely take place in the spring of 2026.
