The road before us
Online & in person Sunday worship this fall
Homecoming Sunday will be Sunday, Sept. 20 at 10 a.m.
This will be our first live-streamed service of Holy Eucharist with Spiritual Communion. We hope EVERYONE will join from home with those of us who will gather in the main church. God is "doing a new thing" at Trinity Church as we gather in prayer together wherever we are. Following the Spiritual Communion service on Sunday, we will create bags of consecrated communion wafers for you to pick up next week so that on Sunday, Sept. 27 we will ALL eat the Body of Christ together. If you need someone to deliver the bread to you, please email Rev. Christopher at and we will get it safely to you. If you need gluten-free, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Communion Pick up times on Elm St. in your car:
Monday, Sept. 21 Noon-1 pm
Thurs, Sept. 24 8 am-9 am AND 4 pm-5 pm
Instructions: Please pull up on Elm St in front of the steps, with a mask on, staying in your car. We will bring you your individual communion bags --one bag for each member of your family. Each bag will contain 6 wafers--one for each of the next 6 Sundays. Please respect the reserved Sacrament (Body of Christ) by placing your bag(s) in a special location, perhaps with a Bible open to Luke 22:19, and by lighting a candle on Sunday morning as you gather to worship from home. When it is time in the service to receive, please give it to each other saying "The Body of Christ, the Bread of heaven."
Pastoral reminder: While we are all more than eager to be together in person, please remember that we are always One Body in Christ, who loves us and cares for us. Our efforts to re-gather and resume Eucharist safely are grounded in these commitments to love and respect each one of you and our community. We will continue to be vigilant and will adjust our plans as needed should the health statistics in Massachusetts make in-person gathering or the distribution of bread inadvisable.
Wherever we worship, we are the church!

Worship from home
Live-streaming is a live video recording of the 10am Sunday worship service that will be broadcast for you to watch on the internet.
Depending on your preference, you will be able to view the live-stream:
Each week, the live-stream will "go live" around 9:45am so that you can connect with plenty of time to prepare yourself for worship.
Running late or missed the service? You can watch the service live, near-live or after it has ended at all the places linked to above.
worship in church
Alongside our live-stream, Trinity has received diocesan permission to offer a limited number of spaces for socially-distanced in-person worship each week.
Pre-registration is required to attend in-person and you need to plan one week out. All signups (sent in the previous week's Window newsletter) must be completed by 5 pm on Wednesday and space is limited. Bring the signed waiver and bulletin with you. You will need to get the bulletin from the Window the day before you are coming in-person, or download it onto your phone.
The Diocese of Massachusetts recommends that parishioners who are over the age of 65 or have underlying health conditions refrain from attending in-person services until there is a working vaccine.
