Building Use Fee Schedule

Rates for using the sanctuaries, meeting rooms and other spaces at Trinity Church Concord.

We seek to be a resource for our local community and will do our best to find an arrangement that meets your needs.

Sanctuaries & Parish Hall 4-hour minimum

For concerts, services, large receptions and gatherings requiring setup and breakdown.

† The kitchen is not equipped for, and cannot be used as, a commercial kitchen for food preparation and cooking outside the church mission.

Mandatory Staff & Instrument Fees

Grand Piano / Organ Fee$200Required at the start of the program year for all musical groups using the church piano or organ. An additional $200 fee applies for a concert.
Technology Fee (Basic, Self-Service)$50Use of microphones / projectors.
Technology Fee (Managed)$100 / hrLivestreaming and/or A/V technician (3-hour minimum).

Notes

  1. Pledging members active for at least 6 months receive a 50% discount off the non-member rates shown for non-profit activities.
  2. Rental fees do not apply for active members for religious sacraments such as weddings, funerals and baptisms.
  3. Outreach & Mission Partners are exempt from commercial rental rates.
  4. All facility use and fees remain subject to the discretion of the Clergy and Wardens.
  5. Payment is due prior to the event, at the time of booking or within 14 days of the event. Recurring bookings can be paid on an ongoing basis according to the meeting recurrence.
  6. The mandatory sexton fee covers basic opening/closing, on-site supervision, and baseline post-event trash removal and light tidying. If additional cleaning is required (such as leftover food, unbagged trash or unmanaged decorations), an additional charge of $50/hour applies, with a $100 minimum.
